La Pavoni, one of the oldest Italian espresso machine manufacturers established in 1905. The PUB units are equipped with modern technology including thermal stability at the coffee groups to help maintain constant temperature, plus pre-infusion for consistent, balanced shots. A water softener is standard equipment on all La Pavoni models.
