How to brew (quick guide)
1) Preheat the pot with hot water, then discard.
2) Add coarse-ground coffee (start with ~1:15 coffee-to-water as a baseline).
3) Pour hot water (just off boil), stir, and place the lid with plunger pulled up.
4) Steep for 4 minutes, then press down slowly and serve immediately.
Tip: If your cup tastes bitter, grind coarser or steep less time. If it tastes weak, increase dose or steep slightly longer.

Care & cleaning
Rinse after use to prevent coffee oils from building up. Wash with warm water and mild soap.
Disassemble the plunger assembly periodically and clean the filter screens.
